Bayer Zydus Pharma Pvt Ltd, Bayer House, Central Avenue, Hiranandani Estate, Thane West-400607, India (hereinafter “us”, “our” and “we”), in its capacity as controller for the processing of your personal data, wishes to provide you with information on the processing of your personal data.

We will process the following personal data for the following purpose(s):

To maintain continuity of sharing important information & knowledge benefitting patients & chemists community.

In order to share the new launch products, launch of new offers, CSR information etc. We need to process the following personal data from you ( your name, shop name, Drug license no. mobile-number, e-mail & city names )

For the processing of your personal data, we will to some extent use specialized service contractors who act as our data processors. Such service contractors are carefully selected and regularly monitored by us. They will only process personal data in accordance with our instructions and on the basis of an appropriate data processing agreement.

Your personal data will be stored for 3 years.

The following rights are in general available to you according to applicable data privacy laws:

• Right of information about your personal data stored by us
• Right to request the correction, deletion or restricted processing of your personal data;
• Right to object to a processing for reasons of our own legitimate interest, public interest, or profiling, unless we are able to proof that compelling, warranted reasons superseding your interests, rights and freedom exist, or that such processing is done for purposes of the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims;

You are not obliged to provide your personal data. In case you do not provide your personal data this will not adversely affect you.
